AppleGym is one of the biggest sports centres in Nicosia, in Latsia, with activities for the whole family. Children can do rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, swimming and parkour, while parents join gymnastics and group fitness classes. It also hosts birthday parties and has a café and a hostel for visiting sports teams.
AppleGym Sports Centre in Latsia, Nicosia, has a FIG-certified gymnastics hall and a swimming pool. Children can do artistic gymnastics from 3 years (Mini Bees), rhythmic gymnastics, and swimming lessons from baby swimming with a parent up to a lifeguard programme for teens.
Gymnastics classes for under-15s include parkour foundations, such as safe landings, jumping and balance, and teens from 15 can move on to gymnastics with parkour or calisthenics. Swimming groups are split by level, and certified lifeguards are on duty during all sessions.
Swimming academy lessons are 45 minutes, at €60 per month once a week or €100 per month twice a week (on request). Gymnastics and other classes are €60 per month once a week or €100 per month twice a week.
