Overview

Robotics at Robolab

Dive into the world of robotics, engineering, and programming using the official Lego Education kits! Students are taught the full cycle of robot creation: from assembly to programming and debugging, while developing teamwork and creative problem-solving skills. Classes are hands-on, with every lesson involving a new model or project.

Age Groups & Levels:

  • Robotics Junior (Lego WeDo 2.0): For boys and girls 5-8 years old. This introductory level teaches the basics of mechanics and programming using the visual WeDo 2.0 software. Students use school Lego WeDo sets, which are provided.
  • Robotics Intermediate / Advanced (Lego EV3): For boys and girls 10-15 years old. Students design and program robots using the more advanced Lego Mindstorms EV3. They learn robot design, create algorithms, analyze motors and sensors, and participate in challenges like robo-sumo and maze-solving.
